Profile

Life has been generous! Starting as a management trainee, I progressed to university reading management then politics (Manchester and Oxford). Twenty-five years of management roles in British media (BBC and ITV/Granada) was paused by studies at Harvard Business School. Then followed 17 years in the education world, first at Imperial College, London then ultimately Deputy Vice-Chancellor at University of the Arts, London. In 2004 I met the woman of my dreams. We married in 2010 and now live with two black cats where I was raised in Brighton & Hove, UK. In good health, I enjoy playing piano, tennis and devouring books. I remain truly grateful to all who helped me along the way and look forward to contributing a career of senior management experience in furthering AnCan Foundation’s mission.
